Of course, it is: very common to recognize something in the stool that looks like something we've eaten. Usually this means we need more bulk/fiber to add to stool while food is being digested, as well as more water...lots more water. Nothing other than increasing fiber (cereal, brown rice, quinoa, vegetables) and water needs to be done. It will pass:)
