ED drugs: Yes ED drugs have a risk of vision loss, particularly if the cup to disc ratio of the optic nerve is small or a "disc at risk." Really all men who are about to take ED drugs should ask eyeMD if they have a disc at risk. The risk is low even in these patients, but I have personally seen 6 men who lost vision in one eye from Viagra (sildenafil) in last 10 yrs.
