Yes: CT Colonography is basically CT of the abdomen/pelvis dedicated to examine the colon & rectum for cancer & polyps after colon inflation with air. However, the radiation dose for CT colonography is significantly reduced compared to commonly employed doses for regular CT abdomen/pelvis. So evaluation of the other organs is limited by low dose and non-diagnostic, but it can show gross abnormalities.

Yes: but since the study is tailored for ct colonography, there will not be optimal visualization of other structures.
