NO WORRIES: Intermittent menstrual irregularities are not uncommon, nor are they concerning. It sounds like this is the first instance that has caught your attention, so I would not be overly concerned. You do need to monitor this "off cycle" bleeding and if it continues or becomes associated with other symptoms, prompt follow up would be in order.
