Early miscarriage?: You may have had a very early miscarriage (biochemical pregnancy). Although urine pregnancy tests are good, blood testing is more accurate and tells you more because it gives you an actual number (both measure a hormone called HCG). The bleeding and cramping are likely your period coming. I would recheck the urine test again and if it stays positive then go see your doctor for a blood test.
