It depends on block: It will depend on whether the Fallopian tube fimbria is blocked from the inside by previous infection or blocked from the outside by adhesions and "kinking" of the tubal "fingers" The latter can be unblocked by surgery with lysis of the adhesions. The former block(internal) can maybe be opened by microsurgical recanalization. Please note that I did not mention electromagnetic waves at all.
