Mgt: I would recommend giving him another breathing treatment as prescribed. In addition, washing his eyes,nasal passages and hair, will help to reduce his exposure from outdoor allergens such as pollen. If his O2 saturation does not stay above 92 and if he does not seem comfortable, please take him to the local ED.
