If your blood work came back normal and you still have palpitation is it ok or harmless?

There are not very: many blood tests that will define harmful or harmless palpitations. Severe electrolyte abnormalities might be a clue but otherwise you need electrocardiographic evaluation to determine the nature and danger associated with your palpitations.
