Yeast? Other? STD?: Your test results are mixed. Visible yeast with pus cells suggests overgrowth and active yeast infection, but "scant growh" is slightly against it. If symptoms typical of a yeast (vaginal irritation and itching, usually little discharge), treatment for it probably will help. However, pus cells can suggest other infections, e.g. STD. Discuss with your doctor or clinic. Good luck!
