Yeast? Other? STD?: Your test results are mixed. Visible yeast with pus cells suggests overgrowth and active yeast infection, but "scant growh" is slightly against it. If symptoms typical of a yeast (vaginal irritation and itching, usually little discharge), treatment for it probably will help. However, pus cells can suggest other infections, e.g. STD.
