Woke up with chills. no fever. i had an episode of diarrhea and had body aches in arms and legs for 10 minutes after this. should i be concerned?

Nope: not a cause of concern at this point! You are descrbinga common VIRAL "PRODROME" (PR-ILLNESS) and fever, continued diarrhea/possible nausea may occur Do NOT be surprised if the chills are followed with a fever!! Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for aches /pains/fever Drink lots of fluids and CHECK IN WITH YOUR PCP (Primary Care Provider) when practicable!
