Probably not: I would reserve the Epi for situation wherein you have problem breathing , choking, or fainting. If you have asthma, use the rescue inhaler first but if the asthma die not respond to even 4 puffs of the medication and you are really having trouble breathing then an Epi is not out of the question. (call 911 also)
