Pregnant/cough: Would follow up with doc urgent care. There is a degree of immunocompormised state during pregnancy and it seems as your cough is worsening so some might consider antibiotics like z pak (azithromycin) if not allergic. also have them check for reflux which can precipitate /exacerbate coughing and is common in pregnancy.
