I can hear faint whistling with exhalation is long but two doctors can't hear it with the stethoscope while i have it. one is a pulmonologist. causes?

Lung function test?: You need a lung function test to assess your problem since this may be from asthma even though the doctors couldn't hear anything. If lung function turns out to be normal, then a chest x-ray may be needed.
