Tall is an asset: You are concerned about your height and weight. Height is generally genetically determined. It doesn't seem your height is out of the normal range. Turn it into an asset. Develop skills that tall people find easy to acquire. Regarding weight, please consult a clinician to discuss nutrition (protein, carbohydrates, and fats), rule out hormonal imbalance, and come up with an exercise plan.
