A member asked:

Would an enlarged spleen be visible in a lumbar mri?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Thomas Dowling answered

Unlikely : As a MRI is like pointing a camera and focusing in on a certain region to take a "picture" and a spleen may not be within that focused area

Dr Hyde and another doctor agreed
