Unlikely : As a MRI is like pointing a camera and focusing in on a certain region to take a "picture" and a spleen may not be within that focused area

Mri of lower back shows 2 tarlov cysts which are quite big. No symptoms yet. Should cysts be got rid of before they enlarge / start to cause problems?
