I have a smaller area in the inside of my elbow towards the body which hurts like it is in spasm. i haven't hurt it - any reason?

You start with: what is in the area of the pain. Quite a lot. tendons and bony points. These are submit points so any pressure onto the area really hurts and the pain can stay. Also lifting too rapidly can strain tendons. A large nerve runs over the top of the elbow Near there (funny bone) and might locally throb.
