Normal no problem.: Onset of tooth eruption is variable but usually symmetrical, first eruption; lower central incisors usually between 6 to 10 mths. Need for dental assessment; if no eruption after age 16 months, eruption is asymmetric , other abnormalities suggesting an associated medical syndrome.
