Not likely: Fluoxetine has the longest half life of any antidepressant. That means that it stays in your body for days to weeks. In fact, if you stop taking it after one to 3 doses you will still have it in your body a week. So it is highly unlikely to feel sick after missing a dose or 2 unless you have a significantly powerful liver.
