Evaluation is needed: There are many reasons for nipple discharge and irregular cycles. I would recommend getting your hormones checked such as a prolactin level and a full examination by a GYN to assess the causes of your symptoms

Yes see MD: It's common for women your age to have some irregularity to their menstrual cycle. But irregularity such as you described, combined with the nipple discharge is a red flag.... you need to see a physician right away. A physical exam, blood tests, and maybe even imaging (such as ultrasound) to make sure there is no abnormal growth causing these changes in your body.
