Not unusual: Nipple discharge refers to any fluid that seeps out of the nipple. It can occur either spontaneously or when you squeeze your nipples. The discharge may look milky, yellow, green, brown or bloody. There are many causes, most of them benign. But…even though nipple discharge in a woman who is not pregnant or breast-feeding isn't necessarily abnormal, it should be evaluated by a doctor to be safe.
