Can i be in menopause and still get my period? i have a lot of the symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, and breast soreness, but i still get my period. could i be going through early menopause? i am 44 years old.

Yes, : Yes, that is a very good question. It is somewhat early, but women age 44-45 can definitely start getting peri-menopausal symptoms. The average age of menopause is 54 but some women do go through it earlier. Some women have peri-menopause for several years before menstruation ceases.
