Need exam ASAP...: This would have to be assumed to be appendicitis until ruled out. Given your description, you should absolutely be seen in person via ER or Urgent Care for an abdominal exam, labs, vital signs, and possible imaging studies. Other clues to appendicitis would be nausea, lack of appetite, fever. If you have had your appendix removed in past, other problems should be ruled out.
