More info needed: The diagnosis of abdominal pain can be tricky, and can't be done over the internet. Possibilities include inflammation of the bowel, urinary tract infection, pelvic infection, constipation, and tumors. Your will need to see your doctor, who will take a complete history , perform a physical exam and order appropriate tests.
