I'm a f & 20 y/o. my lower abdomen hurts specifically below my belly button and sometimes in the right lower abdomen. i notice that it is worse and so painful when i stand up and walking but i can't feel it when i'm sitting and lying down straight?

Exam needed: If these symptoms are acute and not due to a strain of your abdominal muscles, acute appendicitis is always a concern with right lower abdominal pain especially if there's associated tenderness. I recommend proceeding to the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation and testing are available.
