Not commonly: It mostly affects back, torso and abdomen mostly, Most psoriasis lesion/rash/plaques does not involve with hands. If hands were involve is mostly with dorsal skin of hands then Palm. But I rarely see any guttate psoriasis with hand involvement; mostly with pustular psoriasis or psoriasis vulgaris.
