Pituitary: It is difficult to diagnose hypopituitarism vased on labs you provided. High cortisol goes against hypopituitarism. High prolactin can lower FSH and LH.. TSH normal range is 0.3-4.. If pituitary dysfunction is suspected , we check Free T4, not TSH.. I hope this answers your question
