Normal physiology: This is entirely normal. The breathing reflex is triggered most prominantly by rising carbon dioxide (CO2) in the blood, and less strongly by lower oxygen levels. Hyperventilation can rapidly drop CO2 to low levels. When you stop, the breathing reflex is reduced and for 1-2 minutes you probably take fewer and less deep breaths, so blood O2 levels decline a bit. No big deal, nothing to worry about.
