Doctor soon, yes.: On the surface, this sounds like it could be gastroenteritis, either viral or food-borne. These episodes generally last 3-5 days, which would put us to tomorrow at the latest. So if you're not notably better by tomorrow, then you would want to see a doctor to make sure nothing else is going on.
