Unknown cause: Numbness should be evaluated immediately. Probably not due to Lozenge, but cause must be determined. Please schedule an appointment with an Ear/Nose/Throat Specialist. Cause may be allergic, neurologic, gastric, or one of many other causes. Go find out.
