More info needed: Much more information is needed about this discomfort in order to make a differential diagnosis. A physician will take a thorough history, perform a physical examination and order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis.Right sided discomfort could be due to diseases of the kidney, gall bladder,appendix for example.
