It's illegal, child : Endangerment. Smoking mj, tobacco, crack, etc. Inside or out of the home (it clings to fabrics) makes your child is a passive smoker, bad for baby's lungs & brain. Because of smaller body surface area, children can get "stoned" by much lower amts. Of mj than adults. Being in an altered state impairs infant development. Dad can't be sole caretaker because of highly ⬆ed risk of accidents & death.

DCYF: How about you remind him of the fact that it is illegal. Or you could remind him that this is reportable to dcyf/ child protective services. Sorry to be so heavy handed but if he hasn't been willing to stop for the health of children the home, he might be motivated by protecting himself.
