?Kidney reflux: Kidney infections usually caused by bacteria travelling backwards from the bladder, vesico-ureteral reflux. This is diagnosed by cystography, bladder xray with xray dye. Pain will be in your flanks and not in front or central abdomen. U should also try and prevent urinary infections, by urinating after sex, and sptreading your thighs when you urinate. U may need to be on a preventative antibiotic.

Seen urologist?: Multiple urinary tract infections deserve evaluation for anatomical conditions that predispose, reflux, abnormalities of the kidneys, ureters, presence of stones. Some of these can be checked for with physical exam, urine tests, sono, ct, or even cystoscopy. Van be increased with sexual activity, position, diaphragm. Get checked; may need urologist, gyn, GI evaluation.
