A rash on the: bottom of the foot that is itchy could be tinea pedis (athletes foot). However, I recommend getting looked at by a Podiatrist for definitive diagnosis and a treatment plan if needed!

Not being too rash..: There is no doubt, the possibility of a fungal infection or athlete's foot. But because of the unique location, especially on both feet, It could also have something to do with a contact type dermatitis.
