Yes: In a review of the published literature assessing the value of IVIG vs and or after plasma exchange for GBS the conclusion was that the administration of IVIG God hasten recovery and was safe , the doses used varied but 0.5 grams /kg per day for five days. Some use doses up to 1g/kg/day
