Fever?Pain?Diarrhea that has persisted 5 days with symptoms of dehydration, fever, chills, ++ab pain, or blood/stool require medical evaluation. Your MD needs to know medical history, medications, travel, sick contacts, history of antibiotic therapy, etc. Most cases -fever spontaneously resolve without evaluation but >5d see MD
