No: Nasal stuffiness is not a problem with STD or HIV. At your age, allergy is the more likely cause. Try a nasal steroid for a few days. If not helpful, then consult an allergist.

Irritants/allergies: The nose sifts the debris out of the air you breathe & irritants like smoke/fumes/fragrances/dust effect some more than others.Some are also allergic to a variety of pollen or dust. If you have been using neosynephrine or a similar nose spray for more than 3 days you can injure the tissue where it stays swollen.Try nasal saline wash for a few days with once a day nasal steroid.
