But, given that it is pulsatile, you should be seen by a doctor soon or in the emergency room if it is painful. A quick ultrasound exam will delineate if it is a vascular mass. It is common for skinny individuals to visualize pulsations in a scaphoid abdomen when laying flat. Best to be evaluated in person.
