Dunno: The most accurate test is for the beta chain of human chorionic gonadotropin. It is a quantitative test(gives you a number, not a decimal) and is detectable as early as 5 days after implantation of the fertilized egg into the uterine wall. I don't know what test you had but you can get a quantitative beta HCG.
