What does it mean to have low levels from your blood work on friday yet thursday the pregnancy test said 1-2 weeks and saturday a test said 2-3 weeks.

Not specific.: An hcg level is not a very specific way to date a pregnancy and their is much overlap between levels and gestational age. If the levels are increasing at a normal rate then that is a sign of a normal pregnancy. The levels need to be considered in the overall clinical picture. Hope this helps.
