I was going to take pueraria mirifica for my pcos, but i read that it can't be taken by "women with cystic growths of the ovary". is it not safe?

It is unsafe for you: It has estrogenic compounds in it and it is taken by women who want to enlarge their breasts. But estrogens also effect other tissues in your body and particular your ovaries and vagina. You are playing with fire here and you may get severely burned. Beware. Don't fall for the line that if it's natural it has to be good. Snakes are natural but some of them can poison you with just one bite.
