Follicle: It sounds like you have a preovulatory follicle and that's good, and at that size you will likely ovulate on your own or with help of an HCG shot to achieve that. This could also represent a cyst and in that case it will not ovulate or rupture on its own since it does not have an egg.

Probably: Women who have pcos do not ovulate regularly. Ovulation occurs when an ovarian cyst rupture to release an egg - this usually happens when an enlarging cyst reaches about 2 cm diameter.
