Variable: Depending upon location and size, could cause a whole range of symptoms, from visual blurring, to double vision, and loss of portions or most of vision. If you have concern of bleeding over your brain, consult with your primary care physician ASAP.

None at all.: In my many years of treating chronic subdural hematomas, I do not remember anytime this causing visual changes. The most likely symptom is headache which if very severe, I am sure can make it seem like you are not seeing right. And headaches from a large chronic subdural hematomas can be unrelenting and not relieved by medications.

Get a CT scan: I'm sorry that this injury has you so worried, I've seen you post many questions about chronic subdural hematomas. You have a lot of anxiety around the possibility of a subdural hematoma, and I suspect your anxiety will only be addressed by having at CT head to answer whether or not there's a subdural hematoma. You can get this in an emergency room or have a clinic doctor order it.
