Unlikely: It is unlikely that you have a brain tumor. Tinnitus can be caused by stress and anxiety. You definitely need to let your primary care know about it and get yourself checked if you started having a new symptom.

Tinnitis: Tinnitis can be a tough disease to treat. Could be several causes. Such as trauma to the ears like if you play loud music. You need to see you me doctor forces full evaluation for there are many causes and they must be ruled out
