Need more info: With given info sounds like possible lumbar radiculopathy with pinch nerve from potential several things bulging disc facet arthritis, sciatica, etc.. Suggest to discuss with your PCP for thorough lower back/ pelvis and neurologic exam follow by MRI if injection or surgery is indicated.
