Proper treatment: We live with bacteria all around us-some good/some bad, and a large proportion that are in the middle- just 'there'. With enterococcus, that's one of those bland germs that really doesn't do much. I would want to know 'what kind' of infection we're talking about- because that is the whole key. The finding of a microbe means nothing by itself, but needs to be related to the patient's symptoms.
