Clindamycin activity: It's possible that the antibiotic isn't working because of resistance of the germ or some other bacteria that is causing the problem. If you are more specific with your problem, the doctors here can help you. Generally clindamycin is useful for some infections like skin infections, infections in the mouth, and a few others. It works on Strep, Staph and a few others. Best to check back with the doc
