Get reexamined: 'Snuffbox' tenderness after a fall can be a scaphoid fx. If not 'displaced' casting for 2 wks, removal of cast and advanced imaging( CT or MRI) is appropriate. If your CT did not reveal a fracture( and was reviewed by your ORS as well as the radiologist) then scaphoid fx.unlikely. Persistent pain should merit reexamination for other wrist/ hand injuries(example: scapholunate ligament tear).GL!
