Scaphoid: A scaphoid fracture usually heals but there is an incidence of non union hand avascular necrosis. That needs to be monitored. If you rfracture is now healed fully and you are out of a acst rmember that after 8 weeks stiffness and tightness may alone caue pain. You are not used to making sudden movements. Often athritis change at the the stt joint can alos hurt with motion . Talk to your physician.
