Vascular: Although Raynaud's phenomenon may occur in autoimmune diseases, it is unusual to be confined to one arm. It appears that there may be some vascular obstruction at the left arm (vasculitis?) and your rheumatologist should be consulted first.

More information req: Lupus can certainly cause many things including neuropathy. However unilateral neuropathy of an arm is unusual and other causes such as cervical radiculopathy, thoracic outlet syndrome, etc. I think it is important to discuss with your primary care or rheumatologist for further evaluation.
