Need more info: Pain and numbmess in your arms might be related to lupus although it sounds like you have no other feature of systemic disease and that your lupus is limited to skin disease. Other possibilities include cervical spine disease with nerve impingement or a more central lesion in the brain. Need further neurological evaluation.
